These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of saleusa.store (the “Site”) and the services offered by SaleUsa LLC (“SaleUsa,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). By submitting a request, placing an order, or making a payment through this Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site or our services.
1. Who We Are
SaleUsa LLC is a United States-registered business providing custom AI-generated video creation services, including personalized video production for weddings, birthdays, and life-story tributes, as well as paid 1-on-1 video concept consultations. You can reach us at support@saleusa.store.
2. Our Services
We create custom, AI-generated animated videos based on the photos, stories, and details you provide us, intended for personal, non-commercial use such as weddings, birthdays, anniversaries, and life-story tributes. We also offer paid 1-on-1 consultations to help you plan a video concept. Services are provided on a project-by-project basis; we do not guarantee ongoing availability of any specific service.
3. Quotes and Pricing
Pricing for custom video projects depends on story complexity, length, and production requirements, and is quoted individually. Submitting a request does not obligate you to proceed, and no order is confirmed until we have reviewed your request and you have agreed to a final price with us in writing (including by email). Prices for fixed-price services, such as the 1-on-1 consultation, are displayed at checkout and may change at any time before you complete a purchase.
4. Payment
We accept payment through the third-party payment processors made available at checkout, which may include PayPal, Stripe, Airwallex, and Revolut, depending on availability at the time of your order. All payments are processed securely by these providers; SaleUsa does not collect or store your full card number, CVV, or other sensitive payment credentials on our own servers. Your use of any payment processor is also subject to that processor’s own terms of service and privacy policy.
For the 1-on-1 consultation, payment is collected in advance at checkout. For custom video projects, payment is generally due after your video has been delivered and you have confirmed you are satisfied with the result, unless we have agreed in writing to a different payment schedule (for example, a deposit) for a specific project. All prices are listed in U.S. Dollars (USD) unless stated otherwise.
5. Digital Delivery — No Shipping
All services we provide are delivered digitally (for example, by email or secure download link). We do not ship any physical goods, and no shipping charges apply.
6. Your Content and License
When you submit photos, images, video clips, text, or other materials to us (“Your Content”), you confirm that you own Your Content or otherwise have the legal right to share it with us, and that our use of Your Content to create your video will not infringe or violate the rights of any third party, including copyright, trademark, privacy, or publicity rights.
You grant SaleUsa a limited, non-exclusive license to use, reproduce, and process Your Content solely for the purpose of creating, delivering, and supporting your ordered video. You retain ownership of Your Content. We will not use Your Content for any other purpose, including marketing or portfolio display, without your separate, explicit permission.
7. Ownership of the Finished Video
Upon full payment for your project, ownership of the finished video delivered to you transfers to you for personal use. SaleUsa retains no rights to use, resell, or redistribute your finished video without your permission.
8. Revisions
Each custom video order includes a reasonable number of revisions to align the final video with your original request, as agreed during the quote stage. Requests that significantly expand beyond the original scope of the project may incur an additional fee, which we will always discuss and agree with you before proceeding. 9. Prohibited Content and Use
You agree not to submit content, or request a video, that is illegal, defamatory, obscene, hateful, infringing, or that you do not have the right to use. We reserve the right to decline, cancel, or refuse to complete any order, at our discretion, if we reasonably believe it violates these Terms or applicable law, including anti-fraud and anti-money-laundering obligations imposed on us by our payment processors.
10. Disclaimer of Warranties
Our services are provided “as is” and “as available.” While we take care in producing every video, we do not guarantee that the finished product will meet every subjective expectation, and we make no warranties, express or implied, regarding uninterrupted or error-free service.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, SaleUsa LLC’s total liability arising out of or relating to these Terms or our services will not exceed the amount you actually paid us for the specific order giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
12. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which SaleUsa LLC is registered, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
13. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the Site after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
